Services for Willis Fry, 90, who passed away Saturday, March 15, 2008 at home of pancreatic cancer, will be held 10:30 a.m., Wednesday, March 19 at Overton Funeral Home in Indianola with burial following in the I.O.O.F. Memorial Gardens Cemetery.

Willis was born in Chariton and farmed most of his life.  He retired from Armstrong Tire in Des Moines after 18 years.

He is survived by his wife Vadis; children Lon (Roberta) Fry, Linda (Dennis) Schrader, Neal (Connie) Fry and Diana Pfaff all of Indianola; 13 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild.  He was preceded in death by his son, Gary Willis Fry; granddaughter Julie Hart; great-grandson, Joseph Lee Schrader and a brother, James Fry.

Visitation will be held 3 – 8 p.m., Tuesday, March 18 at Overton Funeral Home where family will be present to greet friends from 6 – 8 p.m.  Memorials may be given to Iowa Health Home Care Hospice.
