A Funeral Mass for Wanda B. Johnson, 72, who died Tuesday, November 22, 2005, will be held 10:30 a.m., Saturday, November 26, at St. Thomas Aquinas Church in Indianola of which she was a member. Graveside services will be held 11:00 a.m., Monday, November 28, at Calvary Cemetery in Omaha, Nebraska.

Born in Kansas City, MO, her family had moved to Omaha where she graduated from High School and worked for Northern Natural Gas in the key punch department. Wanda was married to Larry Johnson October 2, 1965. She was a homemaker and had lived in Indianola since 1974.

Surviving are her husband, Larry; son, Bryan (Robyn) Johnson and two grandchildren, Joseph and Abigail of Ballwin, MO.; two brothers, Larry and Phil Protaskey, both of Omaha, NE; and two sisters, Rose Marie Keller of Millard, NE and JoAnn Bober of Omaha, NE. She was preceded in death by her brother, Andrew Protaskey and sisters, Helen Protaskey and Mary Guillory.

Visitation will be held 4:30 – 7:00 p.m., Friday, November 25, at Overton Funeral Home in Indianola where family will be present to greet friends. There will be a Rosary service at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.
