Services for Vera Moffitt, 80, who passed away Thursday, January 24, 2019, in Creston, IA., will be held 2:30 p.m. Monday, January 28 at Overton Funeral Home in Indianola with burial following in the Ackworth Cemetery.

She is survived by her children, Carol (Rick) Ashby, David Moffitt, Diana (Rick) Moffitt- Robins, Daniel (Kimberly) Moffitt and Benjamin (Debbie) Moffitt; sisters, Joy McNeeley and Emma McGhee; 20 grandchildren and 31 great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Carroll Moffitt; parents, Verne and Dorothy Weesner; son, Verne Moffitt; grandson, Kyle Sprunger; siblings, William, Joseph and Robert Weesner, Lela Taft and Martha Weinrich.
