Susan Lynn Hogan Indianola Services for Susan Hogan who passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family on Friday, April 12, 2013 in her home in Indianola, will be held 10:30 a.m., Wednesday, April 17, at the St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church in Indianola. A Rosary will be recited at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday at the church. Susan was born on December 25, 1972 in West Des Moines. She moved to Indianola in 1997. Susan shall be remembered as a nurse, missionary, teacher, adventurer, lover of life and tremendous friend to all who knew her. No hay suficientes lgrimas para celebrar una vida. Susan is survived by her husband Joe, daughter Maria, step-son Joseph, parents Jan and Bill Boelter, and brothers Alan and John (Kathy). Visitation will be held from 5 to 7 p.m., Tuesday, April 16 at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church where family will be present to greet friends. In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions be made to the family for the construction of a place of prayer at the Fundaninos Orphanage in Guatemala.
