Steven Harold Hudson, 67, of Indianola, Iowa passed away Sunday, March 22, 2026 surrounded by his loving family. Steven has made the selfless decision to donate his body to the Des Moines University Anatomical Donation Program. A Celebration of Life Service will be at a later date.

Steven is survived by his wife, Denise; son, Christopher (Karri) Hudson; daughter, Emilie (Tyler) Spence; grandchildren, Jordan Metcalf, Dylan Metcalf, Caleb Hudson, Emma Hudson, Rhett Spence and one granddaughter on the way; siblings, Connie (Junior) Tuma, Tim (Debby) Hudson; and many nieces, nephews and a multitude of friends. He is preceded in death by his parents Linc and Shirley Hudson; sisters, Debbie Lourens, Cathy Johnson; and brother, Bruce “Slammer” Hudson.

Memorials in memory of Steven may be made to the family for a donation at a later date.
