SANDRA L. WALLACE Norwalk Services for Sandra L. Wallace, 64, who died Monday, April 9, 2012 at home, will be held 11 a.m., Friday, April 13 at Overton Funeral Home in Indianola with burial following in the Indianola I.O.O.F. Cemetery. Sandra Lee Wallace, the daughter of Calvin and Gretchen (Smith) Boord, was born June 22, 1947 in Des Moines, Iowa. Sandy graduated from Indianola High School in 1965. Sandy was a mom and a homemaker. Survivors include her children, Jeffrey (Lesa) Wells, Scott (Terri Jo) Wells, and Kristen (Matt) Wadle; her mother, Gretchen Boord; sister, Charlotte Konrad; 12 grandchildren, Sam, Taylor, Zach, Keagan, Robert, Justin, Jeffrey, Mickael, Bayden, Rylee, Ashlyn and Shelbi; and one great-grandchild, Blake. Preceding her in death were her father; and siblings, Janet Howard, Richard and Terry Lynn Boord. Visitation will be held 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday, April 12 at Overton Funeral Home where family will be present from 6 to 8 p.m. to greet friends. Memorials may be given to the family in her name.
