Ronda Kay Clark of Carlisle, Iowa, passed away Monday, December 15, 2025. Funeral Services will be held 10:30 a.m., Monday, December 22 at Overton Funeral Home in Indianola, with burial following in the Liberty Cemetery, Liberty, Iowa. Visitation will be held prior to service from 9 to 10:30 a.m.

Ronda was known for her sassy attitude, infectious laughter, and ability to light up any room she entered. She had a love for good times, whether that meant enjoying a cold Dr. Pepper mixed with Fireball, cracking open a Pepsi, or sipping sweet tea on a warm day.

Music was the heartbeat of Ronda's life. She was a lover of all genres, always ready to dance or sing along to her favorite tunes. Her friends and family remember her as someone who worked hard and played even harder. Ronda was a dedicated hard worker, always giving her all in everything she did. Ronda had a deep love for the outdoors.

Above all, Ronda was a woman who knew how to have a good time. She lived life on her own terms, surrounded by friends and family who admired her free spirit and strong personality. Her love for adventure, good company, and fun will always be remembered.

Ronda enjoyed the outdoors from gardening with mom to bailing hay with dad; she could be counted on to show and often out-work the boys. She led family mushroom hunting trips for many years and was always there for family. Ronda was the type of woman to give a stranger the shirt off her back if they needed it. She will be deeply missed by family and friends

Ronda is survived by her daughters, Samantha (Andrew) Orta and Katlin Clark; grandchildren, Grace and Rick Orta; siblings, Raymond Oldsen, Joan Oldsen (Veach), April (Scott) Keller, Joyce (Ben) Gott, Kathy Veach and Ronnie Benge; nephew, Eric Oldsen; and many other family and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents, Ronald and Dixie Benge; and nephew, Randy Phillips.
