Graveside services for Ronald James Webb, 78, who passed away Wednesday, September 16, 2020, at home, will be held 2 p.m. Wednesday, September 23, 2020, at the Iowa Veterans Cemetery, Adel, IA.

Ron was born May 2, 1942 in Albany, MO. to Clarence Herman and Lucille (Marshall) Webb.  He graduated from High School and entered the United States Navy in January of 1962.  He was united in marriage in 1967 to Eileen Janette Reimers.  He had worked for Armstrong Tire, Rochester Armored Trucks, Sears and then owned and operated Ron's Small Engine Repair in Indianola.  He enjoyed camping at Cutty's Campground, Casino's, and put-put golfing with his grandchildren, Nichole and Amanda.

Survivors include his wife, Eileen; daughter, Kim Richardson; two granddaughters, Nichole Richardson and Amanda Richardson; great-grandchildren, Brayden Ashrafi, Ivan Sliger, Meka Sliger and Luna Sliger; and brother, Kenneth Webb.  He was preceded in death by his parents, and his sister and brother-in-law, Catherine and Lester Wion.

Visitation will be held 3 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, September 22, 2020, at Overton Funeral Home in Indianola with family present from 5:30 to 8 p.m.
