Richard Neal Duskey passed away Wednesday, August 12, 2020, peacefully at home.  No services are planned and inurnment of his cremains will be at a later date in Ohio.

Richard was born on March 21, 1940 in Joker, West Virginia to Willie Lonie and Pearl Irene (Rothwell) Duskey.  He graduated from Green High School in Greensburg, Ohio in 1958.  Following graduation, he enlisted into the United States Army.

Rick worked in Colorado for several years before returning to Ohio.  He moved to Norwalk in 2005.  He was a member of the "Liars Club" at the Hitchin Post in Bevington and the Social Station in Prole.
