Services for Richard "Dick" F. Kiefer, 80, who passed away Wednesday, August 10, 2016, will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, August 13 at Overton Funeral Home in Indianola with burial following in the Indianola, I.O.O.F. Memorial Gardens Cemetery.

He is survived by the love of his life, his wife of 60 years, Beverley; children, Dianne (Andy) Kiefer-Curnes, Kristy (Rick) Kiefer-Whisler; grandchildren, Darcie (Chad) Sherwood, Lauren (Jason) Cunningham, Bradie (Austin) Zaletel, Kelsey (Wayne) Gaumer, Jamie Kiefer and Robert (Sarah) Whisler; great-grandchildren, Jackson, Georgia, Claire, Lennon and Keaton; brother, David (Kelli) Kiefer; sisters, Bonnie (David) Tracy and Susan (Sonny) McLeran.  He is also survived by his faithful companion, Annie.  He was preceded in death by his parents,  Frank and Mildred Kiefer; son Scott Kiefer; sister, Janet McFadden; brothers, Donnie, Douglas and Daniel Kiefer.  His family was his treasure.  He gave the world's best hugs!
