Memorial and Eastern Star services for Regina Rae Hankins, 99, who died Sunday, January 21, 2007, at the Regency Care Center in Norwalk, Iowa, will be held 2:00 p.m., Thursday, January 25 at Overton Funeral Home in Indianola. There will be no visitation and burial of cremains will be at a later date.

Born in Adel, Iowa, Mrs. Hankins had lived in Norwalk since 1955, where she taught elementary education. She was a member of Goodwill Chapter O.E.S.

Surviving are her two sons, Allen (Phyllis) Hankins and Duane Hankins all of Norwalk; two grandchildren, Michael Hankins and Sonya (Marty) Chittenden; and three great-grandchildren, Blake, Sierra Rae Chittenden and Allison Hankins.

Memorials may be given to Norwalk Public Library.
