Randall Aldridge was born in New Virginia, Iowa on March 8, 1936 to Blueford and Lela (Kennedy) Aldridge.

He met Diana Outland and they were married on December 19, 1963.  They raised three children in the small town of Ackworth, Iowa where he lived the remainder of his life.

Randall worked for General Mills for a period of time then went to work for the Indianola Municipal Utilities until his retirement.

Left to cherish his memory is his son, Randy (Angie) Aldridge; daughters, Krysti Aldridge and Melissa Aldridge; granddaughters, Bailey Aldridge, Blake (Spencer) Thomas and Katelyn Byrd and a great-grandson, Oliver Thomas.  He was preceded in death by his wife, Diana Aldridge; parents, Blueford and Lela Aldridge; brothers, Cleo, Merrill, Leland and Albert Aldridge; sisters, Deloris Grant, Laveta Beitel and Leota Ripperger.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday, February 2, 2025 at Overton Funeral Home in Indianola where family will greet friends one hour prior to services from 2 to 3 p.m.  Memorials in memory of Randall may be given to the Ackworth Friends Church.
