A memorial visitation for Phyllis Dean Snodgrass, 82, who died Sunday, January 8, 2012, at the Village in Indianola, will be held from 4 to 8 pm., Tuesday, January 10, at Overton Funeral Home with family present from 6 to 8 p.m. She is survived by her husband, George; sons, Brad (Jane) Snodgrass and Mark (Cindy) Snodgrass; daughters, Pamela (Neil) Nelson and Melissa (Rob) Dickenson; 9 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren; sister, Kate Elgin; and brother-in-law, Gerald (Elizabeth) Snodgrass. She was preceded in death by her parents, Arthur and Ada Cue; grandson, Joe Snodgrass; sister, Helen Hraha and nephew, Jeff Raymond. Phyllis was a lifelong member of the Warren County Historical Society. She enjoyed gardening, cooking and baking. She had a great love for her family. Phyllis had a special gift with children and animals. She was also an avid antiquer and owned Ponderosa Antiques. Memorials contributions may be given to the Warren County Historical Society.
