PHYLLIS L. BUTLER Indianola Memorial services for Phyllis L. Butler, 78, who died of lung cancer Tuesday, May 31, 2011 at The Village Health Center in Indianola, will be held 4 p.m., Monday, June 6 at the Indianola Trinity United Presbyterian Church. Burial of cremains will be held at a later date in the Mt. Ayr Cemetery. Phyllis Louise was born to Keith and Esther Johnston on August 17, 1932. She is survived by her sons, Bradley (Alesia Wright) Butler of Indianola and Daniel (Kim) Butler of Urbandale; companion, Al Cronin of Mesa, AZ; grandchildren, Joseph (Leah), Peter, and Keith Butler, Kelsey and Allison Butler, Drew and Jay Sikkink, Bryce, Brett, and Ben Wright; great-grandson, Grady Butler; Al's children, Terri (Mike) Lewellen, their son Andrew, and Dean Cronin; sister-in-law, Elizabeth Lynch; and aunt Mary Bollinger. She was preceded in death by her husband, W.D. "Bud" Butler. Visitation will be held 2 to 4 p.m., Sunday, June 5 at Overton Funeral Home.
