Services for Patsy Woodruff, 76, who passed away Friday, June 16, 2017 will be held 10 a.m., Wednesday, June 21 at Farmers Chapel United Methodist Church, rural Indianola. Burial will follow the service in the Indianola I.O.O.F. Memorial Gardens Cemetery.

Patsy was born December 24, 1940.  She was later adopted by Harold and Dorothy Cosper, the parents of her heart and graduated from Bondurant High School.

Patsy was united in marriage on September 23, 1960 to G. LeRoy Woodruff, the love of her life.  She was a homemaker and operated an in-home day care for many years.  She was a member of Farmers Chapel United Methodist Church.

She is survived by her sister, Pam (Roger) Sanow of Remsen and many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.  She was preceded in death by her husband, LeRoy, and her parents.

Visitation will be held 5 to 8 p.m., Tuesday, June 20 at Overton Funeral Home in Indianola where family will be present to greet friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Memorials may be given to Farmers Chapel United Methodist Church.
