Patricia A. Frueh, 79, passed away after a battle with pulmonary illness on Friday, November 17, 2017 at Taylor House Hospice in Des Moines.

Pat grew up in Des Moines and attended Lincoln High school, graduating in 1957. She married Donald Hutt in 1959 and was a resident of Indianola for 28 years. After Don passed away in 1979, she later met and married Norbert Frueh and resided in St. Marys for over 20 years.

Pat is survived by her son, Rod Hutt of Des Moines, Dawn Hutt (Cynthia) of Westminster, MD, and Kelly Manchester of Des Moines; grandchildren Jessica (Zack) Berk, Trae (Jenny) Turnbull, Samantha Turnbull, Ashlyn Hardin Kristen (Doug) Thornburg and Stephen (Sabrina) Hutt, Chelsie  and Colton Tyler; thirteen great-grandchildren; sisters Mary Reed and Ruth Henderson and sister-in-law Thelma Waltz. She is preceded in death by husbands Don Hutt (1979) and Norbert Frueh (2008).

Funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m., Tuesday, November 21 Overton Funeral Home in Indianola with burial following in the IOOF cemetery in Indianola. Visitation will be held from 4 to 8 p.m., Monday, November 20 at Overton Funeral Home where family will be present to greet friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Memorials to Taylor House Hospice, 3401 E Douglas Ave, Des Moines, IA 50317.
