No services are planned for Patricia A. Dean, 68, of Prole, IA, who died Sunday, July 1, 2007 at Iowa Methodist Hospital in Des Moines.

Mrs. Dean was born in Warren County where she had lived all her life. She was a farm homemaker and enjoyed her family gatherings.

She is survived by her children, Vivian Pettengill of Cedar Falls, Brenda Smith of Winterset, Maurice Dean of Osceola and Myron Dean of Carlisle; 13 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; brother, Floyd Rhoades of Arkansas; sisters, Helen Strovers of Indianola and Mary Fry of Osceola. She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Bill Rhoades.
