O. R. "BUD" FRAZIER West Des Moines formerly of Martensdale O.R. "Bud" Frazier was born March 10, 1919, to Arthur Carey Frazier and Freedom Blanche Parisho. Bud went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, September 27, 2014, at the age of 95. Sisters Lillian, Rowena, Zora Rose, Berlene and brother Orville preceded him in death as did infant brother Arthur. Bud and Darlene Allen married on August 4, 1940. They were married almost 43 years and made their home in Martensdale. Following Darlene's death, Bud married Lenore Cragle in 1984. They lived in Waterloo and then West Des Moines, spending winters in Texas. Lenore lives in a care center in Texas to be close to her family. Bud is also survived by his daughters, Jan Rosander and Marilyn (Denny) Isley; grandsons, Steve Rosander, Jeff (Erika) Isley; great-grandchildren, Jake Rosander, Jaeda Isley, Tyler Isley; and sister-in-law, Patricia Frazier; special friend Aaron Shaw; and Lenore's four sons and their families. Services will be held 11 a.m., Tuesday, September 30 at Overton Funeral Home in Indianola with burial following in the Indianola I.O.O.F. Cemetery. Visitation will be held two hours prior to services on Tuesday at the funeral home starting at 9 a.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the Martensdale Community Church in Bud's name.
