Mac, 79, passed away at the Taylor House Hospice in Des Moines on December 21, 2009 after a brief battle with leukemia.  Funeral services will be held 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, December 30 at Overton Funeral Home in Indianola.  Burial with military rites will follow in the I.O.O.F. Cemetery.

He was preceded in death by his parents, wife and a granddaughter.

Mac is survived by two children, TyLin (Gary) Clark of Lawson, MO and Scotty McIntyre of Des Moines; brother, Harry McIntyre of Indianola; five grandchildren, three great-grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Mac retired from the Navy and Job Service of Iowa.  He was an active member of the Masonic Lodge and Za-GA-Zig Shrine Temple.

Visitation will be held 4 – 7 p.m. Tuesday, December 29 at Overton Funeral Home.  Masonic services will be held at 7 p.m. Tuesday evening.
