Nancy Kea Lehmkuhl, 87, passed away Thursday, November 3, 2023, at her home in Carter Lake, IA, Visitation with family will be held 12 to 2pm on Tuesday, November 7, 2023 at the Overton Funeral Home in Indianola.

Nancy Kea Boothe was born September 9, 1936, in Indianola, Iowa, to George M. and Iolas (Sarchett) Boothe. She was united in marriage to Robert Lehmkuhl on September 2, 1955 and together they had four children. She worked in various administrative positions before retiring to Arizona in 2007. She enjoyed playing shuffleboard, singing karaoke, and drinking wine with friends. She moved back to Iowa in 2021 and spent her final years appreciating family time and the changing seasons.

She is survived by her brother, George (Shirley) Boothe; children, Caryl Fisher, Joan Moats, and Kurt (Nicole) Lehmkuhl; grandchildren, Jeff Moats, Alicia (Dave) Lee, Joe (Courtney) Fisher, Chrissie (John) Matthews, Ed Fisher, Mike (Dana) Fisher, Bobby Lehmkuhl, and Danny Lehmkuhl; great-grandchildren, Henry, George, and Camryn Fisher, and Clara and Jackson Matthews. She was preceded in death by husband, Robert Lehmkuhl; daughter, Deborah Lehmkuhl; parents, Iolas and George Boothe; and siblings, Ernestine Smith, Virginia Foust, Arliss Boothe, and Sara Ripperger.
