MURIEL "MICKIE" MURPHY

A Celebration of Life Service for Muriel "Mickie" Murphy, 57, who passed away Tuesday, September 24, 2019, will be held 7 p.m., Monday, September 30, 2019 at Overton Funeral Home in Indianola, IA. Visitation will be held two hours prior to service from 5 to 7 p.m. at the funeral Home.

Mickie was born March 31,1962 to Pete and Dolores (Gill) Teas.  She most recently worked for Methodist Hospital as a Patient Care Tech.  Mickie was a true animal lover and her pets were on important part of her life.  She loved to travel and had many fond memories of her family vacations.  Mickie cherished her family and loved to follow Haley's events.  She will be truly missed.

She is survived by her daughter, Haley; brother, Mike (Jan) Teas; mother, Dolores Teas; nieces and nephews and the loving Murphy Family.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Eric and her father Pete Teas.

Memorials may be given in her name to the family for a contribution at a later date.
