Mona "Sue" Hoyt, 81, of Indianola, passed away Monday, April 7, 2025 at EdenCrest of Norwalk, Norwalk, IA. A Celebration of Life will be held 12-2:00 p.m., Saturday, May 3, 2025 at the Scotch Ridge United Presbyterian Church, Rural Carlisle, with inurnment to follow in the Scotch Ridge Cemetery.

Sue is survived by her husband, Greg Hoyt; sons, Lonnie Hoyt, Dan Hoyt; grandchildren, Brooke (Nick) Seyler, Conner Hoyt, Carson Rashid, Andrew Hoyt, Benjamin Hoyt, Dylan Hoyt; great-grandchildren, Tallulah, Gatlin, Wrenley, Corbin. She is preceded in death by her parents, Jesse and Alma Smith; siblings, Don Smith, Harold Smith, Billy Smith, Jim Smith, Norma Smith.

Memorials may be given to the Scotch Ridge United Presbyterian Church in Sue's memory.
