Funeral services for Michael "Mike" Ripperger, 62, who died Wednesday, December 10, 2008, will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, December 15 at Overton Funeral Home in Indianola.  Burial will follow in the I.O.O.F. Memorial Gardens Cemetery.

He is survived by his daughter, Tammi (Greg) Fox of Grimes; parents, Norbert and Donna Ripperger of Indianola; grandchildren Caleb and Riley Fox; adopted son, Lance Ripperger of Indianola; sisters, Marliss Dale and Terri Vitiritto of Indianola, Susan (Merle) Leslie of Atlantic, IA, and Sharon (Tim) Wiley of Carlisle.

Visitation will be held from Noon – 2:00 p.m. Monday prior to services at the funeral home.  In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to the Animal Rescue League.
