Carlisle Funeral services for Michael Ray Adams Sr. "Alaska Jack", 71, who passed away Wednesday, January 7, 2015 at home, will be held 1:30 p.m., Saturday, January 10 at Saylorville Church, 6429 NW 6th Drive, Des Moines, IA 50313 with burial following in the Oakland Cemetery, DeSoto, IA. Survivors include his wife, Ginni; children, Mike (Laura) Adams, Ken Adams, Michelle (Mark) Schmall and Michael Shawn (Jennifer) Westlake; and ten grandchildren, Trent Adams, Zachery Adams, Brianne Westlake, Kaelynn Schmall, Allison Adams, Lisa Schmall, Connor Westlake, Alexander Schmall, Hailey Adams and Cassie Adams. Visitation will be held 5 to 8 p.m., Friday, January 9 at Saylorville Church where family will be present to greet friends. Memorials may be given to the family in his name.
