Merle Marc Illingworth, 70, of Indianola, Iowa, passed away Tuesday, March 26, 2024, in Indianola, Iowa. Marc was born on October 21, 1953, in Ottumwa, Iowa and graduated from Albia High School in 1972.

Marc is survived by his children, Andy (Angela) Illingworth, Adam (Jennifer) Illingworth, Nick (Bailey) Illingworth; 3 grandchildren, Drew Illingworth, Carter Illingworth, Jude Illingworth; and sister, Mari Illingworth. He was preceded in death by his parents, Merle and Marilyn Illingworth.

Marc enjoyed Formula racing and watching his favorite NFL team The Raiders.  After retirement, he spent most of his time playing golf.

A Celebration of Life Gathering will be held 12 to 3 p.m., Saturday, April 20, 2024 at the Trinity United Presbyterian Church in Indianola.
