Melissia May Long, 59, of Shenandoah, passed away Wednesday, September 24, 2025 in Indianola.

Melissia is survived by her children, Melissia Long and David Long; grandchild, Mason Horta; siblings, Patricia Beason, Deborah Simpson, Tamara Meek, Sharon Piveral, Michael Simpson, Christopher Bartlett, Helen Simpson, Jeffrey Simpson, Alicia Meyer; nieces, nephews and many other family and friends. She is preceded in death by her husband, David; parents, Robert and Diana Simpson; brother, Robert Simpson.
