MAURINE STREETER Indianola Maurine Streeter, 87, passed away on Friday, January 24, 2014 at Westview Care Center in Indianola, IA. She is survived by three children, Gary (Linda) Streeter of Vernal, UT, Sandra (Darrell) Downey and Jan (Jon) Peters of Indianola; five grandchildren, Tina Reil of Arvada, CO, Erin Fisher and Jacob Peters of Indianola Karissa Stucki and Kelly Streeter of Ogden, UT; and five great-grandchildren, Zachary Fisher, Gabe, Owen and Hannah Reil, and Azlyn Stucki. She was preceded in death by her husband Robert, parents Wilbur and Vera (Wickett) Garrison, sister Wilma Wheeler, brothers Wendell, Willard, Don and Dale. Maurine thought the world of her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren and enjoyed tending her flowers. She loved being on the pontoon at Lake of the Ozarks, MO and rarely missed an opportunity to soak up the sun. Memorial services will be held 11 a.m., Wednesday, January 29, 2014 at Overton Funeral Home in Indianola with visitation prior to services starting at 10 a.m. Burial of cremains will follow services in the Indianola I.O.O.F.
