A Celebration of Life Memorial service for Matthew S. Burkhead, 32, who passed away, Thursday, November 12, 2015 at home, will be held at Noon on Saturday, November 21st at the Medora United Methodist Church, Medora, IA. Matt is survived by his mother, Melody; siblings, Mike (Tina) Burkhead, Jim (Chris) Burkhead, Patty (Tim) Elliott and John (Peggy) Burkhead; and his companion Sarah Schwery; several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
