MARTHA CURTIS BUTLER Des Moines Martha Curtis Butler died Tuesday, February 1, 2011 in Indianola. Cremation has taken place and burial will be at a later date in Cable, WI. Martha Butler was born in Des Moines and lived her entire life in Iowa. She graduated from Roosevelt High School and attended Grinnell College. Martha was preceded in death by her husbands, Hugh Curtis and John Butler.
