Marjorie Louise Barnett, 83, passed away Sunday, March 29, 2020, at the Monroe Care Center in Albia, IA.  Her wish was to be cremated and no services are planned.

Marjorie was born on June 5, 1936, in Moulton, IA to Roger Howard and Ida Clarice (Gingrich) Grey.  She graduated from Bloomfield High School the class of 1954.  She was united in marriage to Donald Barnett on October 9, 1955.  They had lived most of their life in Indianola.  Marjorie enjoyed animals, the outdoors and long drives.  She and Don traveled and camped.  Her family was very important to her.  She was a Deputy Clerk of Court for Warren County and Dryer Law Firm in Indianola.

Survivors include her sisters, Ila Dean Horn, Verna Stevens, Phyllis Briggs and Barbara Bates and several nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Barnett, parents, Howard and Clarice Grey; siblings, Carolyn Wooten, Wendall Grey, Loren Grey, Connie Gooden.
