Margaret P. Heggen, 92, passed away on Tuesday, September 10, 2013 at the Indianola Good Samaritan Center from TMB (too many birthdays). Services will be held 2 p.m., Friday, September 13 at Overton Funeral Home in Indianola. Burial of cremains will be held at a later date in the Liberty Center Cemetery. A gathering of family and friends will precede the funeral service at the funeral home, starting at 1 p.m. Mrs. Heggen is survived by two sons, Larry (Guen) Heggen and Dennis (Marlene) Heggen; daughter-in-law, Janice Heggen; seven grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; five great great-grandchildren; and extended family and friends. Preceding her in death was her husband Earl, son Ronald and grandson Lonnie. Memorials may be given in Margaret's name to the Helping Hand food pantry.
