Born in Warren County and living in Indianola since 1935, Louise was a homemaker and her family was a very important part of her life. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Indianola and enjoyed sewing, gardening and crocheting.

She is survived by her son, Cleo of Ankeny; daughter, Dolores (Merrill) Butler of Indianola; five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Andrew in 1969.

Visitation will be held 3:00 - 8:00 p.m. on Friday, November 19, at Overton Funeral Home where the family will be present to greet friends from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. Memorials may be designated to Taylor House Hospice.
