Services for Lori L. Olsasky, 55, who passed away Wednesday, December 16, 2015, will be held 10 a.m. Saturday, December 19 at St. Thomas Aquinas Church in Indianola with burial following in the Indianola I.O.O.F. Memorial Gardens Cemetery.

She is survived by her husband, Chris; children Dustin (Sarah) Olsasky, Stacy (Johntay) Singleton and Shawn (Kara) Olsasky; grandchildren, Isabell, Madison and Charles Olsasky and Brooklyn Olsasky; parents, Jack and Sheila Fosdick; grandfather, Leonard Miller; siblings, David (Marzale) Fosdick and Brenda Rushing.
