Graveside services for Lois Ruth Harvey, 81, who passed away Thursday, June 9, 2016 at The Village in Indianola, will be held 2 p.m. Monday, June 13 in the Henness Cemetery, rural Oskaloosa, IA.  Visitation will be held 1 to 4 p.m., Sunday, June 12 at Overton Funeral Home in Indianola where the family will be present to greet friends from 2 to 4 p.m.

Lois Ruth Harvey, was born March 24, 1935 near Chillocothe, Iowa to Merle and Ruth (Williams) Rouze.  She was united in marriage to Leo E. Harvey on July 18, 1952.

Lois retired as a L.P.N. and was a member of Center Chapel United Methodist Church.

Survivors include her daughters, Delpha (Kevin) Middleswart of Indianola, Ardrae (Kevin) Parmenter of Urbandale; brothers, Robert of Beacon, David "Gene" of Eddyville and Merle "Dean" Rouze of Apache Junction, AZ; five grandsons, Adam, Eric and Kiel Middleswart, Brenton and Joshua Parmenter; and three great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Merle and Ruth Rouze and her husband Leo Harvey.

Memorials may be given to Center Chapel United Methodist Church.
