Lisa Beatrice Edwards was born on January 26, 1978 in Des Moines, Iowa the daughter of Jim and Mary Louise (Spraggins) Stevens.  Lisa graduated from DeSoto High School.  Following graduation she worked different jobs in retail.

Lisa is survived by her daughters, Shealynn Edwards, Gerzey (Kaleb VerSchuure) Edwards, Soulee Needels, Mallory Brown, Kate Graverholt and Marissa Swenson; siblings, Jim (Jennifer) Willett, Willie (Teresa) Lancaster, Tracy Stevens, Deanna (Tim) Chessel and Bradley (Brandi) Stevens.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Jim Stevens and Mary Spraggins.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at a later date.
