Memorial visitation for Leota Ripperger, 82, of Indianola who died Friday, November 26, 2010 at the Indianola Good Samaritan Center will be held from 4 - 8 p.m., Monday, November 29 at Overton Funeral Home with family present from 6 - 8 p.m. to greet friends. There will be a prayer service at 7:30 pm. Leota was a very dedicated mother and grandmother. She enjoyed doing crafts and baking the best chocolate chip cookies. She is survived by her husband, Bernard; children , Jerry (Helen) Ripperger, Mike Ripperger, Debbie (Bill) Vetters, Stan (Cyndi) Ripperger and Roger (Sheila) Ripperger; son-in-law, Bob Piziali; 13 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren; sisters, Lavita Beitel and Deloris Grant and brothers, Leland, Albert and Randall Aldridge. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Berdeana Piziali and brothers, Cleo and Merrill Dean Aldridge. Memorial contributions may be given to the Warren County Conservation Board or Hospice of Central Iowa.
