LEE ANNA CHAPLIN Cainsville, MO Lee Anna Chaplin, 64, was born September 5, 1947 in Indianola, Iowa and died September 8, 2011 at Mercy Hospital in Des Moines, Iowa. Lee lived most of her life in central Iowa and retired in Northern Missouri. She is survived by her husband, Bernard Dean; sons, Keneth Eldon (Malena) and Thomas Dean (Tracy) Chaplin; grandchildren, Josh, Spencer, Cody, Maranda, Madison and Sarah; she is also survived by numerous family and friends. Lee's wishes were to be cremated and no services are planned.
