Leanna Jean Ellsworth, 72, of Hartford, passed away peacefully Thursday, November 14, 2024, at home. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Please check back for updated service times.

She is survived by her children, Angela (Isac) Deraad, Brad (Shanna) Bruns, Troy Bruns; grandchildren, Andrew Deraad, Tyler Deraad, Stacy Deraad, Brandon Deraad, Kaylee Bruns, Cheyanne Bruns, Athena Bruns; great-grandchildren, Oaklee Deraad, Jordan Deraad, Nellie Burkhart. She is preceded in death by her husband of 27 years, Jesse Ellsworth; parents, Raymond and Verma Payne; grandsons, Kane Bruns, Jesse Ray.
