A Celebration visitation for Lavaun Brocker, 93, who passed away Monday, February 23, 2015 at the Indianola Good Samaritan Center, will be held 10 to 11:30 a.m., Thursday, March 5 at Overton Funeral Home in Indianola. Burial of cremains will be in the Indianola I.O.O.F. Cemetery. She is survived by her husband, Arvene Brocker; children, Gary (Kim) Brocker and Marcia (Mark) Olson; grandchildren, Juli (Ryan) Cambron, Dena Stover and Tracey (Joel) Schwiete; four step grandchildren, Eric (Carla) Olson, Maria (Jake) Schreier, Jamie Howard and Jodi Howard; seven great-grandchildren and four step great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, Ray and Alice Mae Botkin; brother, Murray Botkin; and sisters, Helen Schipper, Dorothy Carter and Bonnie Crouse.
