Larry D. Heggen, 74, passed away Friday, July 28, 2017 at home in Indianola, IA. Masonic Service and Funeral Services will be held 11 a.m., Wednesday, August 2 at the First United Methodist Church in Indianola with burial following in the Indianola I.O.O.F. Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 9:30 to 11 a.m. prior to service.

He is survived by his wife, Guen; children, Kim (TJ) Utterback, Shawn Heggen and his best friend Gracie, his dog; six grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; siblings, Dennis (Marlene) Heggen; and many other family and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents Earl and Margaret Heggen; brother, Ronald Heggen; nephew, Lonnie Heggen.
