Celebration of Life Services for Larry Lee Fagen, 68, beloved husband, father and grandfather who passed away Thursday, November 26, 2020, at home surrounded by his family, following a year-long battle with cancer will be held at the Summerset Baptist Church, 13951 Summerset Road, Indianola, Iowa on Saturday December 5 ^th , 2020 at 2:00 p.m. in the afternoon (masks required).

Larry was born January 14, 1952 in Des Moines, Iowa, the son of Lester and Bonnie Fagen. He attended Saylorville schools, completing his education with the Saydel High School class of 1971.

Larry was an outgoing person who loved long road trips, trains, working on cars, racing cars and trucks (with his rascally cousins 'those Fagen boys'), constructing models of any kind, and 1 ^st Sunday potluck dinners with our church family. But, most of all, Larry was a family man and family was always first with him. He lived by the motto "happy wife, happy life" resulting in happy family.

Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Patrice; children, Casey Fagen, Jesse (Kelly) Fagen and his four-legged child Sedona Hunny Bunny; grandchildren, Raymond Danielson, Tyler Fagen, Tristen Reppe, Kayla Fagen, Joseph Fagen and Jameson Fagen, half-sister, Joyce Spry, many loving extended family members and numerous friends.

Larry was preceded in death by his parents, Lester and Bonnie Fagen, grandparents Dewey and Gladys Ford, Melvin and Nina Martin, mother-in-law Helen Erichsen, father-in-law Floyd Erichsen, and sister-in-law Paula Thomas.
