Indianola
Kenneth M McCoy of Indianola, IA, passed away peacefully Friday, December 4, 2015 at the Good Samaritan Society in Indianola. "Kenny" was born February 7, 1919 on a cold and snowy day on a farm south of Waltham, MN. In his later years, he ran a saw shop out of his home in Indianola. He was preceded in death by father Vern R McCoy, mother Frances O (Chipman), brothers Merrill R, Daryl L, sister Almeta N. (Sigman) and his loving wife Bessie Pauline (Humphreys). He is survived by their children, Robert V, Linda J (Newell), Richard D, Daryl L, Kendra S; many grandchildren and even more great-grandchildren. A private family celebration will be held at a later date.
