KENNETH JONES Ackworth Services for Kenneth J. Jones, 80, who passed away Saturday, February 26, 2011 at Taylor House Hospice in Des Moines, will be held at 1:30 p.m., Tuesday, March 1 at Overton Funeral Home in Indianola. Cremation will follow services and burial of cremains will be at a later date. Kenneth is survived by his wife, Janice Jones; sons, Dan (Kimberly) Jones of Larkspur, CO., Tom (Kecia) Jones of Ackworth and Brad (Julie) Jones of Mitchellville; nine grandchildren and one great-grandchild; brothers, Harold Jones of New Virginia and Ardith Jones of Osceola; and sister, Georgia Carson of Osceola. He was preceded in death by a son, Carl Jones; parents, Carl and Dorothy Jones; brother, Ronnie Jones and sister, JoAnn Root. Visitation will be held 4 to 8 p.m., Monday, February 28, at Overton Funeral Home with family present from 6 to 8 p.m. to greet friends.
