A funeral Mass for Karen A. Miller, 48, who died Wednesday, December 22, 2004 at Taylor House Hospice in Des Moines, will be held 10:30 a.m., Monday, December 27, at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church in Indianola. Burial of cremains will be in the I.O.O.F. Cemetery at a later date.

Born in Omaha, Nebraska, she had lived in Indianola before moving to Des Moines in 1973. She worked as an administrative assistant in the Des Moines area.

She is survived by her husband Roger; daughter, Danielle Watson, son, Michael Watson and granddaughter, Bailee Ann Watson all of Des Moines; step-son, Joshua Miller of Milford, IA; parents, Larry and Marge Turner and sister, Evelyn Halterman all of Indianola; brothers, Ty Turner of Des Moines and Tim Turner of Waconia, MN.

Visitation will be held 4:30 - 8:00 p.m. on Sunday, December 26, at Overton Funeral Home. Rosary services will be held 5:00 p.m. and a scripture service will be held at 6:00 p.m. Memorials may be designated to the Karen Miller Memorial Fund.
