June Marie Harbour, 82, of Indianola, passed away at home Thursday, March 8, 2018.  Burial of cremains will be held at a later date in Centerville, Iowa.

June was born on June 23, 1935 in Bird City, Kansas to Frank and Mildred Wilson.  She is survived by her children, Ted (Kathy) of Ottumwa, Ron (Deb) of Shelby, Iowa, Alan of Indianola, Iowa,  Doug of Ft. Collins, CO, and Gary of Indianola, Iowa; seven grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren; sister, Shirley Wheatley of Missouri; brother in law, Philip Harbour of Florida; sister in law, Elizabeth Oden of California and special niece Barbra Burton of Nebraska. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Theodore "Ted" Harbour on December 4, 1992; four brothers, and one sister.

June was a farmer, housewife, and teacher.  She received her Bachelor of Science degree in education from Northwest Missouri State University.

Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society in June's name.
