Mr. Harrell is survived by his wife, Elsie; son, Zane Harrell of Yucaipa, CA; daughters, Alta Michener of Milo and Zema Peters of Ft. Maill, SC; 14 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; and 9 great great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a son, J.B. Harrell and 2 grandchildren.

Visitation will be held 1 hour prior to services on Saturday at the funeral home. Memorials may be given to Hospice of Central Iowa.
