Judith (Bartlett) DiGiorgio passed away on Thursday, October 10, 2013 from Alzheimer's. Services will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday, October 16, at Overton Funeral Home in Indianola. Visitation will be held from 9:30 to 11 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Judy was born February 29, 1940, in Des Moines, IA to Foster and Mildred Harding. Judy grew up in Liberty Center, IA but moved to Des Moines her junior year and graduated from Lincoln High School in 1958. She married Loren Bartlett on October 18, 1958 and lived in Indianola until 1983, spending time working at Warren County Brenton Bank and UCB Bank. Judy moved to New Jersey in 1983 to work as an Assistant Vice President at US Trust in New York City, N.Y. She married her second husband Albert DiGiorgio in 1989. Survivors include her husband, Albert DiGiorgio; children, Rex (Pam) Bartlett of Ankeny, Todd (Tanya) Bartlett of Philadelphia, PA, and Jo (Allen) Byers of Indianola; two step-daughters, Marie DiGiorgio of Boston, MA and Janet (Sean) Sullivan of Verona, N.J.; brother, Jack Harding of Laramie, Wyoming; eight grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Judy was preceded in death by her parents, Foster and Mildred Harding; sister Jeannette Hawkins, and brother, Gene Harding.
