Services for Joyce Ann Meisel, 87, who passed away Saturday, July 2, 2022 in Des Moines, will be held 3 p.m., Sunday, July 10, 2022 at Overton Funeral Home. Visitation will be held two hours prior to service from 1 to 3 p.m., at the funeral home. Graveside services will be held 9:30 a.m., Monday, July 11 at the Iowa Veterans Cemetery, 34024 Veterans Memorial Drive, Adel, IA 50003.

Joyce is survived by her husband, Carl; Scott (Kim) Meisel, Michael (Tammy) Meisel; grandchildren, Matthew (Jillian) and Mark Meisel, Stephanie (Dan) Norsten, Christopher (Chelsea) Clemens, Rachael (Kyle) Conrad; great-grandchildren, Dakota, Jacob, Makayla, Logan, Chase, Bryce, Rozlynn and Audrey. She was preceded in death by her parents, Roy and Opal Steinkamp; sister, Marie Steinkamp.

Memorials may be given in her name to the Indianola First United Methodist Church or St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
