Visitation for Joyce Mae (Porter) Dazey, who passed away Wednesday, August 30, 2017 at The Village in Indianola will be held 1 to 3 p.m., Monday, September 4 at Overton Funeral Home in Indianola. Graveside service will be held 1 p.m., Saturday, September 9 in the Greenwood Cemetery, Greenwood, Indiana.

Survivors include her children, William Henry (Patricia) Dazey Jr., Joan Joyce Dazey, Jillinda Lee (Dazey) Thomsen; six grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; sister, Dorothy (Stephen) Walden. She is preceded in death by her husband, William Henry Dazey Sr.; parents, John Roscoe and Hazel Mae (Balay) Porter; brother, John Dayton Porter; son-in-law, Larry Wayne Thomsen.
