Jordan was born in Des Moines and lived in Martensdale. She was a sophomore at Martensdale-St. Marys High School, a football cheerleader, and participated in girl's basketball, track, softball and 4H.
Jordan is survived by her parents, Jeff and Julie of Martensdale; sisters, Jennifer Jo Eyberg and Jessica Kay Eyberg both of Iowa City; grandparents, Gene and Kathleen Eyberg of Atlantic, Donald and Ernestine Smith of Indianola; aunts and uncles, Maxine Mosher and Kay (Ray) Chittenden both of Indianola, Cheryl (Casey) Kazebeer of Des Moines and Priscilla (Jeff) Penrod of California, Bill (Karen) Eyberg of Tabor, Kathy (Bob) Bye of Colorado and Steve (Susie) Eyberg of Creston; Jim (Robin) Eyberg of West Des Moines, Jane (Mike) Ohnemus of Indianola, Debbie Miller, Patti Eyberg and Jill (Paul) Hans all of Omaha, NE, and Judy (Dennis) Kinen of Council Bluffs; as well as many cousins.
Visitation will be held 4:00 – 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, May 25 at the Martensdale-St. Marys Gymnasium in Martensdale where family will be present to greet friends. Memorials may be given to the Martensdale-St. Marys Athletic Boosters.
Jordan was a kind and caring soul who left behind many memories. She was a daughter, sister and a friend to many. We will miss her hugs and her smile.
